We stayed overnight at Dave's RV as part of the Harvest Host program. Everyone there knew we were coming and greeted us with a friendly "Hello". They offered us the option of using their electric hook-up, which was nice because we were there in February and it's alway nice to have a back-up heat source. They even had a gift bag ready for us! If their sales and service is the same level as we were greeted with, I think this would be a great place to buy an RV. Thank you Dave's!
My wife and I bought a 2021 Newmar Baystar Sport in October of 2023. We are thrilled with the people working there and the motor home we purchased. Everyone at the dealer treats you like family and the relationship continues even after you leave the dealership.
Great family owned dealer! Purchased a new Newmar and had a fantastic experience dealing with Dave Jr. All staff is courteous, professional and super attentive. We traded in our older motor home and got an honest price. Had some extra items added to our coach and the work was impeccably done. We feel like are definitely part of the family now. ??It was a wonderful experience.
It's not often that you get to watch a true master at his craft. Junior is amazing. I had taken my rv to a place in Maine where I live and they worked on it for months and finally said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the correct tools. I called Newmar and asked them where I should take it. They got Junior on the phone and we discussed what was wrong (the Silverleaf would not function correctly and needed to be recalibrated. Non of the infotainment functions like cameras or navigation worked. Driving a bus without cameras is suicide...yes I'm spoiled. He gave me an appointment right then. I guess that's why they are the number one Newmar dealership in the country. Junior is amazing. He sleuths out the cause of things, not just start replacing parts. I got to tag along with him for a half an hour and he made a believer out of me...not an easy task. He found numerous reasons nothing was functioning correctly and knows these vehicles like the back of his hand. If you have an rv problem, look no further, he is the man to see.
We recently purchased a Newmar RV from Dave’s RV. Our intent when we arrived at the dealership was to just look; we were not even sure we wanted an RV; however, we knew if we purchased one it would be the quality of the Newmar brand. When we got there we were greeted by Kailyn who is knowledgeable, caring and patient. Dave, Jr. also worked with us as we narrowed our selection down to two models. We immediately felt they were trust worthy and available 24/7 which prompted us to make our purchase. They are a wonderful family run business who are so accommodating, Dave even checks in on us when he hasn’t heard from us!
